1. SCOPE:

1.1
The following specifications pertain to the application of the TrackMaster Plus Rubberized Surface Coating over asphalt running track surfaces. Refer to Product Data Sheets for specific mixing and application instructions.


2. SURFACE PREPARATION:

2.1
New asphalt surfaces must cure 30 days prior to application. The surface must be cleaned entirely of dust, dirt, debris, and all loose materials.

2.2
Existing oxidized surfaces should be primed with Acrylic Adhesion Promoter.

2.3
Fill all cracks with Lane One patch material or TrackFlex pourable crack sealant.

2.4
Fill depressions and damaged areas with Lane One patch material.


3. APPLICATION OF TRACKMASTER PLUS RUBBERIZED COATING:

3.1
Over properly prepared track surface apply a minimum of two coats of TrackMaster Plus in accordance with manufacturer’s mixing and application instructions.


4. LINE MARKINGS:

4.1
Line markings shall be laid out and applied by qualified technicians in accordance with the chosen governing rules.


5. GENERAL:

5.1
All work shall be performed in a workmanlike manner. All containers and debris shall be removed from job when completed.
