Description
SealMaster Acrylic Pavement Sealer is a premium quality 100% acrylic emulsion pavement sealer. Acrylic Pavement Sealer is formulated to be job-mixed with aggregate.

Surface Preparation
New asphalt surfaces must cure a minimum of four weeks under ideal weather conditions before application. Surface must be clean and free from all loose material, dirt, and dust. Fill cracks with suitable SealMaster Cold Applied crack filler. Scrub and clean grease, oil, and gasoline spots with soap and water.
Mixing Procedures
For optimum results, mix SealMaster Acrylic Pavement Sealer in accordance with the following mix design (based on 100 gallons for ease of calculation):
SealMaster Acrylic Pavement Sealer: 100 gallons
Sand (50-70 mesh AFS rating): 700 lbs.
NOTE: If required, a small amount of water may be added to facilitate application of the mixed material.
Application
For optimum performance and durability apply two coats of SealMaster Acrylic Pavement Sealer. A third coat of SealMaster Acrylic Pavement Sealer may be applied to high traffic areas such as entrances, exits, and drive lanes.
Important
Temperatures must be above 50°F both during application and for aperiod of at least 24 hours after application. Do not apply when rain is imminent or forecast.
Clean Up
Wash tools in water before material dries. |
