ColorPave™ HD 500

Ideal For Coating Imprinted Asphalt Surfaces.
ColorPave™ HD 500 is supplied as a Neutral Base designed to be mixed with ColorPave™ HD Tint or ColorPlus to achieve desired color.

• Designed for spray application (Due to ColorPave™ HD's unique fast drying technology, squeegee application is not recommended).

NOTE: ColorPave™ HD 500 is designed to be sprayed with the SealMaster® Texture Spray Unit or other suitable texture coating spray unit.

Coverage
Apply ColorPave HD 500 at a rate of .13 to .15 gallon per square yard (60-70 square feet per gallon) per coat. Two coats are recommended for optimum performance. One pail will cover approximately 240-
280 square feet per coat.

Description
ColorPave™ HD 500 Neutral Base is a 100% acrylic water based emulsion designed as a highly durable pavement color coating. ColorPave™ HD 500 is fortified with sand for slip resistance. ColorPave™ HD 500 is supplied in a neutral color designed to be mixed with ColorPave™ HD Tint (Pigment Dispersion) to achieve desired color. ColorPave™ HD Tint is supplied separately and is available in numerous color choices.

Mixing Procedures
Add one pint of ColorPave™ HD Tint to one 5-gallon pail (approx. 4-gallons) of ColorPave™ HD 500 Neutral Base. Mix thoroughly until Tint is completely dispersed into the Neutral Base. If needed, a small amount of water may be added to facilitate application.

Application
ColorPave™ HD 500 shall be applied by spray, brush, or roller.

Important
Be sure to use OSHA approved respirator when applying this product. Temperatures must be above 50°F both during application and for aperiod of at least 24 hours after application. Do not apply when rain is imminent or forecast.

Clean Up
Wash tools in water before material dries.
